Amy is the Certified Ideal Protein Coach. She extends her love of working with clients on fitness and healthy lifestyle choices as a certified personal trainer, to weight management and one-on-one weight loss strategies and support. Through the Ideal Protein Program Amy's role is to counsel, guide and educate clients on setting goals, nutritional intake and body composition analysis. A Summit School District teacher for 10 years, Amy earned a Master of Science in Educational Leadership at Adams State University and a Bachelors’ of Science degree in Elementary Education and Psychology from the University of Vermont. She moved to Summit County 18 years ago to work on the mountain for the ski patrol and to help Moms as a pre and postnatal fitness trainer.
Ashley knows the challenges faced by our dieters first-hand. As a successful program graduate, she enjoys helping Ideal Weight Centers' clients reach their goals for a healthy weight. Ashley is a pro at providing ideas for food prep and menu options for success. Ashley enjoys the great Colorado outdoors and spends her time away from Ideal Weight Centers working with the United States Forest Service.
Dr. Winfield enjoys promoting wellness and preventive medicine in her Frisco medical practice - CHPG High Country Healthcare. As Ideal Weight Centers Medical Director, she enjoys providing a real tool to individuals ready to transform their health. Dr. Winfield received her MD at Boston University of Medicine; performed her internship at Cornell University Medical Center in New York; and her residency at Swedish Family Medicine Residency through the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center–Fitzsimons. Dr. Winfield is Board Certified through the American Board of Family Practice.
